Being Home
Well i have been home about two and a half months and it has been interesting adjusting back to life in America. It has had it’s difficult parts, but for the most part it has been really, really good. I feel like many of my teamates left their hearts in Nicaragua. And though there are so many people I will always love and pray for, and and some of those kids I could never forget, but I really do love America.
And no not the rich, fat and happy America, but the broken lost and confused America desperately in need of Jesus. Absolutely confimred by God that I was supposed to be in Nicaragua this past year. I am forever changed, and i pray the country is impacted as well.
I WILL BE SPEAKING AT WAUSHARA COMMUNITY CHRUCH AT 7:00pm and DESERT WILL BE SERVED. I will be described my trip along with many pictures.
Now that I’m home I don’t want my life to be any less a mission’s trip than this past year. I will be returning to Trinity International University in Deerfield Illinois, playing soccer and majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy. My priorities are to #1 Love Jesus #2 Love his people.
You do hear a lot of discouraging things about the church in America these days, but I was just very encouraged as I looked back over the list of people who supported me. I am so encouraged of the remnent God has kept near to his heart, and who are faithfull to be obedient to his will. So many of you gave so sacrificially. I am not only blessed to have had the opportunity to go through the support but strongly encouraged at your hearts to give. Thank you.
